Welcome to the B2B portal of Petfoodbuffen. By using this website, requesting wholesale quotes, or entering into export contracts with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. B2B Wholesale Focus

This website and our export services are designed strictly for business-to-business (B2B) trade. We do not sell retail quantities to individual consumers. By submitting quotation requests, you warrant that you are acting as an authorized corporate representative of a valid business entity.

2. Quotes, Invoices, and Pricing

All prices provided by our trade representatives via email quotes are indicative and subject to final commercial agreements. Binding contracts are only established when a formal Proforma Invoice (PI) is signed by both parties and the agreed-upon deposit or Letter of Credit (L/C) is received.

3. Quality, Inspection, and Shipping Terms

Unless specified otherwise in writing:

  • Shipping Terms: We primarily quote prices on FOB (Free On Board) or CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) terms as per Incoterms 2020.
  • Quality Inspections: All microbiological tests and veterinary sanitary clearances are performed at our loading facilities before container dispatch. Buyer-nominated third-party inspections (e.g., SGS) must be arranged before port loading.
  • Compliance: Buyers are responsible for ensuring they possess the necessary import permits and licenses for animal byproducts in their destination ports.

4. Limitation of Liability

Petfoodbuffen is not liable for shipping delays, customs rejections, or cargo detentions caused by shipping line disruptions, force majeure events, sudden national export/import policy changes, or the buyer's failure to provide correct port-entry paperwork.

5. Governing Law

These terms and all subsequent trade contracts are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rampur, Uttar Pradesh, India.
